ABSTRACT The Relationship between Employee Job Satisfaction Against Management Commitment in the apron movement control (AMC) unit at El-Tari International Airport, Kupang. Nevania Hanida Monica Sidebang1 , Kifni Yudianto. S.E., MM2 Human resource management can be done by giving job satisfaction to employees. Empowerment and management of employees through positive environmental conditions both by employees, then employees will work more optimally with full enthusiasm to realize maximum work results both in quantity and quality. Employees who have high organizational commitment when they are satisfied with work, supervision, salaries, promotions and colleagues. This study aims to determine the relationship between employee job satisfaction and management commitment on the apron movement control (AMC) unit at PT. Angkasa Pura I, El-Tari International Airport, Kupang. This study uses a type of quantitative correlational research using a cross sectional approach. Subjects in this study were 10 respondents and then analyzed using a simple method with SPSS for Windows 15.0 The results of this study indicate that the value of normality for the employee job satisfaction scale at Kolmogorov Smirnov is 0.572 (p> 0.05) and for the management commitment scale 0.541 (p> 0.05) so that it can be seen that the data from both scales is normal. Linearity obtained from the significance of ANOVA for both scales is 0.159 (p <0.05) so that it can also be known that the data of both scales are linear. Hypothesis testing using relationship test with correlation coefficient (r) 0.003 (p <0.01). Keywords : Job satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, AMC (apron movement control)
