Prodi DIV Air Transportation Management, Bachelor Degree, Diploma IV Program, Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Kedirgantaraan Yogyakarta.Guided by: Aditya Dewantari, M.Pd This reseach aims to determine the ideal calculation of weight and balance of the A320 citilink aircraft at PT. Gapura Angkasa Husein Sastranegara International Airport Bandung. The results of this research were obtained from the results of the average calculation on the flight and to find out the load arrangement both passengers, baggage, and cargo to prevent flight delays. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive, where this method is supported by observation, interviews, and documentation. The final results of this research data were processed and calculated using the SPSS 15.0 application to perform data analysis and statistical tests. Based on the One Way ANOVA SPPS, it can be concluded that there are significant differences between the three average values of ZFW, TOW and LDW. Descriptive table shows that the average for Zero Fuel Weight is 31.54%, Take Off Weight 29.60% and Landing Weight 30.80% and the average value of Trim Stabilizer on the Center of Gravity from Citilink A320 aircraft is obtained. is -0.3 Nose Down, where in the minimum range of -0.1 Nose Down and maximum of -0.5 Nose Down, meaning that the average value is very influential on the formation of the ideal center point of the plane balance (Center of Grafity) to support the flight route from Husein Sastranegara airport (BDO) to Ngurah Rai airport (DPS). Results of research and observations regarding load regulation in case of overload and if there is an LMC on the A320 citilink aircraft carried out by the Load Control unit and several other supporting units, to adjust the passenger load if the LMC is less than 500kg in the LMC setting on the loadsheet only added to the LMC column with approval from SQC and PIC before departure of the flight with a processing time of 1 - 3 minutes without having to replace loadsheet. If the LMC passenger load is more than 500kg, the Load Control unit is obliged to replace the finished loadsheet with the new loadsheet with the approval of SQC and PIC and see the time of the new loadsheet with a time of 5-8 minutes so as not to cause delays in aircraft departure. For the regulation of cargo cargo if there is an overload, the Load Control unit and Load Master unit must coordinate with each other to prevent delays caused by overload. If there is an overload, the Load Control unit must inform the Load Master unit to reduce the offload on the aircraft compartment according to the instructions given by PIC so as not to cause delay in the Citilink A320 aircraft.
