HUBUNGAN PENANGANAN BAGASI RUSAK PADA UNIT LOST AND FOUND PT.GAPURA ANGKASA TERHADAP TINGKAT KEPUASAN PENUMPANG RUTE SUB-JOG DI BANDAR UDARA INTERNASIONAL ADISUTJIPTO YOGYAKARTA TAHUN 2018 Dicky Nanda¹ dan Kifni Yhudhianto SE.,MM² ABSTRAK This research has quantitative significance which aims to analyze the Lost and Found Unit of PT. Gapura Angkasa on the level of passenger satisfaction of the SUB-JOG route. The source of the data used is a cross sectional approach with primary data obtained from filling out the questionnaire. Total sample of 100 respondents. The data is then processed using a simple linear regression method, with the acceptance criteria of the hypothesis that Hı is accepted if the significance value f≤0.05 and H₀ are rejected if the significance value of f> 0.05. The amount of influence given to baggage handling on passenger satisfaction at Yogyakarta's Adisutjipto International Airport is 43.5%, while the remaining 56.5% is influenced by other factors. It can be interpreted that the influence provided by variable baggage handling on passenger satisfaction is positive. This condition implies that the better the handling of baggage, the better the passenger satisfaction of Garuda Indonesia at Adisutjipto International Airport will be. The Legal Basis for Damaged Baggage Compensation, according to Article 144 of the Aviation Law, the carrier is responsible for losses suffered by passengers because damaged checked baggage caused by air transport activities as long as checked baggage is under the control of the carrier. According to Article 168 paragraph (2) and paragraph (3) of the Aviation Law, if a loss occurs in a registered baggage, then the passenger entitled to get is compensation that is calculated based on the weight of damaged checked baggage. Or if the damage causes the entire baggage to be unusable, the carrier is responsible for all baggage or cargo that cannot be used. In Article 23 of the Ministry of Transportation Regulation No. 77/2011, which states that in the event that the injured passenger feels dissatisfied with the amount of compensation provided by the regulation, passengers can demand compensation through arbitration or alternative dispute resolution in accordance with the provisions of the legislation.
