d Handling companies that always improves good performance through quality performance and management as well as reliable, highly capable services and one of the companies in Indonesia serves as coordinator in carrying out aircraft handling (ramp dispatcher) at the apron starting from the block on airplane until the plane blocks off. then the Ramp Handling officer is required to have the maximum form of supporting services, one of which is handling Tri-MG aircraft. The aim of the study was to analyze and find out whether there was an effect of the ramp handling performance of PT. Gapura Angkasa on Tri-MG customer satisfaction at the Halim Perdanakusuma Airport in Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative research method with 30 respondents as the primary data source questionnaire distributed to Tri-MG customers. Hypothesis testing is carried out using a single regression analysis method (simple linear regression analysis) through the SPSS for windows release 15.0 program. The results of testing the hypothesis in this study indicate that there is no significant effect between the performance of the ramp handling of PT. Gapura Angkasa on Tri-MG customer satisfaction at Halim Perdanakusuma Airport in Jakarta which is used with a significance value of F of 0.496> significance level (a) = 0.05. This result shows that H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected. The magnitude of the effect of ramp handling performance variable on Tri-MG customer satisfaction is 1.7% and the remaining 98.3% is the contribution of other variables outside those not examined in this study and incorporated in other variables (e) errors in a simple linear regression model
