Abstract | Intisari

Garuda Indonesia is an Indonesian airline that has the concept of full service airlines. Currently Garuda Indonesia operates 82 fleets to serve 33 domestic routes and 18 international routes including Asia (Regional Southeast Asia, Middle East, China, Japan and South Korea), Australia and Europe (Netherlands). Passengers who use air transportation services come from various circles in certain circumstances, both physically and mentally. This makes passengers have to get special services during the flight which is meant to be a wheelchair passengers. . In handling passengers there are several passengers who need special handling. In connection with this, Garuda Indonesia provides a wheelchair to provide convenience for passengers to get to the plane. The consumer's expectation of a service provider provided by wheelchair is to facilitate what they need quickly and consumers do not have to walk while they cannot afford to walk. The business carried out by the company is to help consumers optimally, so as not to disappoint consumers because it can worsen the image of the company itself. Not all airline companies transport passengers who fall into the category of passengers who need special services, such as Garuda Indonesia airline itself. Handling of passengers who require special services is carried out in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures imposed by Garuda Indonesia airlines. And also does not deviate from the rules made by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and the International Air Commercial Association (INACA). In this thesis research method the author uses primary and secondary data. The research method used is Observation, Interview, Literature Study and Documentation.
