Abstract | Intisari

The constraints which often happens in aviation namely delay, because it has become a matter of everyday life in the world of aviation, One international airport Halim Perdanakusuma. Causative factors of delay this plane consists of a number of factors, such as the existence of bad weather or the existence of operational technical factors, traffic movement, the Very Very Importan Person (VVIP) movement, ground handling, and can be by a factor of passengers itself. This research aims to know the number of delays in departure and arrival and know the value of a comparison of the number of comparisons the delay in departure and arrival priode January up to April 2018. This research was carried out at PT Gapura Angkasa in Citilink Airlines at Halim Perdanakusuma international airport, for two months starting from February until March 2018. This study uses secondary data obtained from company PT Gapura Angkasa Halim Perdanakusuma international airport, analyzed using t-test two samples manually and using program SPSS 22. Research results based on the test results manually and the program SPSS 22 the t-test values obtained an average of two samples or the value of t of 2,587 and ttabel of 2,446 so the number of comparisons the delay departure and arrival, so the delay in departure from the more dominant on the number of delays in arrival from January until April 2018 PT Gapura Angkasa Citilink airlines on international airport Halim Perdanakusuma
