Abstract | Intisari
Administration of all offices is widely used in a variety of paper and stationery. With writing work that includes activities to record various information written on sheets of paper, a script appears or is often referred to as a document. The data and information contained in the archives must be temporarily stored and processed further, and some have been processed but must be stored because they are still needed by the company. The smooth running of an administrative activity cannot be separated from the important role of adequate facilities and infrastructure, such as complete archival facilities that can support the smooth operation of the office. The writing of this thesis aims to find out more about the archive management system and the causes of the holding of subsidiaries engaged in the management of PT. Angkasa Pura I (PERSERO) Adi Soemarmo Surakarta Airport. The observation method used in the writing of this Final Project uses qualitative methods, namely the types of observations that describe, describe and analyze a number of existing data. Based on research conducted shows that office space at PT. Angkasa Pura I Adi Soemarmo Surakarta Airport is less extensive for managing archival arrangements so that there is accumulation of archives or documents. Therefore, it is necessary to hold a subsidiary so that archival management can run effectively.
