ABSTRACT Mahfiroh, Nor. 2018 The Influence of Immigration Officers Service on the Satisfaction of Foreign Citizens Entering or Exiting Indonesian Territory at Yogyakarta Adisutjipto International Airport. Essay. DIV Study of Air Transportation Management. Bachelor Degree. Diploma IV Program, Yogyakarta Aerospace College. Advisor: Kifni Yudianto, S.E, M.M. Immigration Duties are regulating, supervising and securing the completeness of human travel documents. The performance of immigration officers at Yogyakarta's Adisutjipto International Airport has fulfilled passenger expectations, so this study aims to determine the effect of immigration officers' services on the satisfaction of foreign nationals entering or leaving Indonesian territory at Yogyakarta's Adisutjipto International Airport. This research is a quantitative research, data collection method is done by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The sample in this study was 50 respondents and then analyzed using simple linear regression analysis with SPSS program. The results of testing the hypothesis found that the sig value of 0.034 <0.05 then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between the immigration officer and the Indonesian nationality entering or leaving Indonesian territory at Yogyakarta's Adisutjipto International Airport. Effective contribution of service variables to satisfaction variable is 14.5%, while the remaining 85.5% is determined by other factors.
