Abstract | Intisari
high fliht potential and have the need for fast and safe transportation. With high potential and demand, the Ground Handling service is very important to take care of passenger satisfaction. The purpose of this research was to determine the level of passenger satisfaction on the quality of work of staff and employees in the Check-in area PT. Gapura Indonesia at thw Air port Adi Sumarmo Solo. This research is a quantitative research, quantitative research which is an inductive, objective and scientific research method where the data obtained is in the form of Score scores or statements that are valued, and analyzed by statistical analysis. Data collection techniques used in this research are questionnaires, observation and literature study The results of this resesarch indicate that there is no significant influence between the influence of public baggage handling Pre-flight at check-in area PT. Gapura Angkasa to the satisfaction of passengers traveling from the airport Adi Sumarmo Solo with F count obtained by 0.094 with a significant level of 0.761 (a). significant value of F 0.761> 0.05 then h0 is accepted and it can be said that the variable handling of pre-flight baggage does not significantly influence the level of passenger satisfaction at International Airport Adi Sumarmo Solo.
